Bunono Central Primary School, Uganda

Children in the Kabale area in the south west of Uganda know the importance of education.

Our project is to build a Primary School for the children of this area in the south west of Uganda. The name of the school is Bunono Central Primary School.

This south west part of Uganda is a rural area and many of the children travel many kilometres every day to attend the Bunono Central Primary School.

At least half of the children attending the Bunono Central Primary School are orphans, and school fees are a problem to their guardians.

We are at the moment building a school hall at the Bunono Central Primary School; it will double as 2 classrooms in the interim.

Our goal is to have seven or eight classrooms Bunono Central Primary School and a dormitory where the children can board and indeed be kept in a safe environment.
